Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack the HiDock device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to HiDock
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
